The office itself is a form of social experience. It's a place where everyone can take part in a shared adventure and create bonds within the company. It's a place where people meet up, exchange ideas and help to consolidate the collective spirit and the pleasure of being there. Above all, The Circle is a place to share experiences.
Life is an experience
The magic of a place can't be explained. You have to feel it. The Circle benefits from an outstanding location overlooking the Seine. A unique place, an expression of Parisian savoir vivre.
The Circle is a remarkable place. It's both a contemporary office and an everyday retreat. A place where every moment is an experience. A place where we are free to express ourselves, to bring about change.
ACT OF
CREATION
"With our design for the Circle, we seek to breathe new life into an old structure. By opening the facades to take in the daylight and views of the Seine, by adding abundant outdoor spaces for every floor doubling as passive solar shading, we not only increase the quality of life for the occupants, but also enhance the environmental
performance of the tower. The resultant architecture is a circular extrusion of interlocking bracelets of window frames - providing a striking new silhouette on the water front of the Seine. We hope the quality and vitality of this architectural upgrade will offer an otherwise outdated structure a renewed long lease on life."

A DISTINCTIVE
SILHOUETTE
The Circle has an elegant silhouette and reinvents the skyline of the Front de Seine district. The first step in creating a new standard for a high-rise building is to open up the façades. Playing with filled and empty spaces. Its silhouette is delicately underlined by its aluminium cladding and interacts with the sky and the light.
IN TUNE WITH THE CITY
The Circle has been designed to offer future users a unique, sensory experience. Cosmopolitan. Active. Vibrant. The Circle is connected to the city. Its city, Paris. To its movements. To its urban landscapes. To its neighbouring restaurants and fashion boutiques.
open world
The Circle's spacious, fully glazed lobby is a dialogue with the landscape. Designed as an ideal place for entertaining but also for sharing special moments, it draws on the conventions of the hotel industry to create a living space with a welcoming, contemporary atmosphere that encourages interaction.
A FOCUS
ON LIGHT
AND SENSATIONS
Every day, The Circle invites you to step into the light. It is omnipresent. It sculpts the volumes and the exceptional views that can be enjoyed from every floor. While natural light is an essential element, numerous materials are used to create a meaningful dialogue. Throughout the spaces, from the lobby to the upper floors, particular attention has been paid to the tones used and the atmosphere created.
CREATION IS
A VISION
Inspiring talent and unleashing creativity are key challenges. The Circle provides employees with a world where minds thrive. Where each space is designed as a living space. Where ideas flow naturally. Fluid, light and airy, collaboration becomes a way of being.
Because we embody the world of excellence at its best, The Circle pays meticulous attention to detail and perfection. From sensations to experiences, it is in this quest for excellence that The Circle sets itself apart.

NATURAL
Opening up to the light and welcoming nature. Wherever possible. Living in close contact with the elements. To feel them. The Circle is also an experience to be lived and shared. By creating a planted rooftop accessible to all, by actively promoting soft mobility, and by prioritising the well-being of individuals and biodiversity, The Circle aims to change the way we think about high-rise buildings.
THE CIRCLE
PAVES THE WAY
FOR CLIMATE CHANGE
The Circle reflects our commitment to ethics, social responsibility and respect for the environment. Convinced that there can be no desirable experience without a sustainable society, we want The Circle to have a positive impact on its entire ecosystem and the area in which it was built.
The last high-rise building to be constructed in Paris on the banks of the Seine, The Circle is paving the way for change as part of the City of Paris' Climate Plan.
The Circle is part of an approach that focuses on both the environment and the human dimension and is a central feature of the Paris exhibition organised by the Pavillon de l'Arsenal, "Conserve / Adapt / Pass on”.

When Paris lights up at dusk, The Circle plays its part. It converses with the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. The river's ripples of light play with its appearance. This is the heart of the City of Light. At the heart of life.
